i want a short speech about the usefulness of the internet and its hidden dangers?, Please help if it possible ;)

Internet can be livesaving sometimes. With all we can do with it, i mean, this is amazing, i can learn  new languages and watch videos about everything i like and even travel and see different places wihout getting out of my house. I can help people and they can help me. I can chat with my friends and family.
But of course there are some dangererous things with all Internet can bring us so we have to be very careful. We can be quickly out of control. Sometimes we can see something that we whish we didn't. We can also meet some dangerous persons or crazy persons.
