I can see four people: tree children and one man, he may be young, he is carrying a bag and he is photographing children with his camera. Children have dark skin, they must come from Africa so I guess the scene takes place in Africa, the man must be a studiant he may have taken a gap year to discover, explore and visit a foreign an other country
