Parents, school and friends , all of them, have an influence on teenagers.
Now it all depends which friends they're meeting, how they behave at school, if they are successful in their studies, and how it' going on at home.
Are their parents  sharing things with them, do they work too much and don't have time for their children ?
In that case, the teenager is more likely to stay longer with his//her friends and it will depend how his/her friends are spending their time.
The personnality of the teenager is important too : is he/she shy, easily influenced?
In my opinion, the biggest influence should be first his parents, then school and then friends.
But once again, you can't generalize.

j'espère que c'est assez long et que ça t'aidera....je pense pas qu'on puisse généraliser tout dépend de l'ado, de ce qu'il vit chez lui, à l'école etc....
