Ceux qui ont des questions sur le devoir, genre des détails en plus n'hésiter pas à me demander, en priver ou en commentaire. Last summer, I went in New York city with my parents and my elder brother for holidays . A flight time of nine hours. It was the longest flight I ever had in my life.
Whatsoever, when we arrived at the JFK Airport we jumped in the famous yellow cab straight to our Hotel, The Edison Hotel in Manhattan.
We were so exhaused that we all collapsed in bed for a rest. After that we decided to have dinner outside and to visit the city.
I tasted their hamburger and french fries!! So yummy!!!
We were always raising our heads because of huge buildings and lights.
this fist night was a magical one, we visited the highest building : The famous Empire State building also called Top of the Rock. On top the view was awsome ,we could see Central Park ,Manhattan, Brooklyn, New Jersey. We enjoyed a great visit and we took amazing pictures. This night we slept with stars all around.
Next morning, at our hotel, we had a typical american breakfast really disgusting , I cant eat eggs and jam at breakfast but dad seemed to enjoy it.
after that, we've done some shopping and we bought some gifts and souvenirs too . Their size's clothes are different than ours all is bigger in New York.
What was cool is when we took the shuttle until the mythical Ellis Island and The famous Statue of Liberty. We were so impressed by Lady liberty who holding her torch. My parents, my brother and I went up until the windows of her crown. Mum bought us a copy of the statue. The view of the sea was beautiful.
During all our trip the weather was sunny. Lucky us!!!
We also visited Broadway Greenwich Village and we Have eaten the best bagels at Murray Bagels restaurant.
But what was the most emotional is when we went at ground zero. it was crowded.
We went to the brookyn area and we visited its bridge, its park and we enjoyed a canoe ride.
This holidays with my family I won't forget it for sure. It's true New York City known as the Big Apple never sleep .
