It's forbidden to use your phone in the classroom.
It's forbidden to speak without raising your hand.
It's forbidden to stand up without the professor says it.
It's forbidden to have a chewing gum in your mouth.
It's forbidden to interrupt the person who is speaking.

You can raise your hand to speak.
You can sit down when the professor tells it to you.
 You can tidy up your affairs when the professor tells it to you.

- You mustn't chew gums
- You can't  be late
- You don't have to forget your books
- You shouldn't run in the corridors

permission
- you may raise your hand to ask something
- You can ask to leave the classroom if you're not feeling well
- You're allowed to speak quietly when working in groups
-
